Complete Plumbing Drain Camera Inspections

Each drain cleaning project begins with a thorough inspection of your plumbing system. To get an accurate assessment of what is blocking your pipes and where it’s located we utilize camera inspection technology. We insert a tiny high-resolution camera into the drain and through the pipes until we find the clogged area. The camera tells us the nature of the blockage and the precise location inside the plumbing system. Camera inspection allows us to get an accurate reading and perform the draining cleaning in a highly efficient manner.

Drain Snaking Service

One of the procedures we regularly use to clean floor and sink drain is drain snaking. This time-tested method is effective for removing tough matter from the inside of the drain. A snake is thin, metal, flexible auger that we use to loosen soap scum, hair, objects, or other everyday items that keep the water from flowing smoothly. We ‘crank’ the snake as it moves further into the pipes. Once it has contact with the blockage, it begins to dislodge it and rip it to shreds. Snakes do a great job of completely removing the debris because they rub up against the inside of the pipe wall.

Water Jetting Technology

One of the most challenging pipes to clear out is the main sewer line. It’s embedded deep into the ground close to the base of the sewer. Its location makes it difficult to reach. Therefore, we utilize water jetting technology to ‘blast’ out the blockage and clear the line. A high-powered pump forces the water through the pipes and into the clogged area. A thin water jet cuts through the obstruction and eventually flushes it out. Water-jetting is an environmentally friendly, non-invasive technique to remove the gunk without damaging the pipes.

Routine Drain Maintenance

To keep your plumbing working in proper condition throughout the year, we offer an annual drain cleaning service. We inspect your system to see if there is any substance buildup. We then clear it out and thoroughly clean and flush the pipes. Our maintenance service is quick and easy and saves you money on costly repairs and pipe replacement down the road. It’s especially valuable as a deterrent to mineral buildup, which causes corrosion inside the pipes. To schedule routine maintenance, contact Drain Blaster Bill today.
